It opens up a space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A space for what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A space for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intimacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Closeness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And also for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frustrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sadness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u2018regular\u2019 triggers of the dynamic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This cannot be easy, and most people don\u2019t have the tools to deal with it. The opposite- we live in a culture in which all that can help us work things through is rarely in existence. Unfortunately, Math and Physics learned years in school is not of much help here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even just noticing the dynamic is a great start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And of course- if you want to work this through in a safe and held space in therapy- I am here for you.
