The EFT (Emotionally Focused therapy) approach helps you understand your relationship dynamics. The tools of EFT enable us to map out your endless cycle of frustrations and fights and understand the root cause so that it can actually be addressed.
Nature is about connectivity. Disconnection is where suffering begins. Connection is where suffering ends and happiness begins.
Body-mind connectivity/ mindfulness helps create connections. On the practical level- you learn to notice what happens in your body the moment before you react so that you can choose differently and act (as opposed to re-act) to create new connections/ new dynamics.
